1. Cancellation and Refunds
1.1 On-Site Training Programs: If you have registered for an on-site training program and wish to cancel your enrollment, please notify us at least 15 days prior to the start date of the program to be eligible for a full refund. Cancellations made after this deadline may be subject to a cancellation fee or may not be eligible for a refund.
1.2 Online Training Programs: For online training programs, if you decide to cancel your enrollment within 15 days of the start date of the program, you may be eligible for a full refund. However, after this period, refunds may not be provided.
2. Refund Process
To request a refund, please contact us at: info@imbitech.com with your order details and the reason for your refund request. Our team will review your request and respond to you within a reasonable timeframe.
3. Return of Course Materials
In the case of physical course materials provided as part of our training programs, such as textbooks or workbooks, we may require you to return these materials in their original condition in order to process your refund. Return shipping costs may be your responsibility unless otherwise specified.
4. Refunds for Completed Portions
If you have completed a portion of the training program before requesting a refund, we may prorate the refund amount based on the portion of the program completed.
5. Non-Refundable Items
Please note that certain items may not be eligible for refunds, including but not limited to:
– Digital downloads or access to online course materials once accessed or downloaded.
– Customized training programs or services.
– Any services provided by third-party partners or affiliates.
6. Refunds to Original Payment Method
